Our client seeks a Financial Planning Analysis Manager for a full-time opportunity. The Financial Planning Analysis Manager will be responsible for forecasting and reporting on all technology costs (both project and maintenance related, as well as IT support and third party costs). The Financial Planning Analysis Manager will support the Finance Director and work closely with the teams within the various areas of the company to accurately and effectively forecast cost, and provide feedback on trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization. This Financial Planning Analysis Manager will also continually evaluate the policies and processes used, and highlight areas for improvement and standardization across the business. Other responsibilities include: • Analyze costs and identify opportunities for efficiencies. • Prepare IT monthly management financial reports and presentations: collect data, add commentaries/insights, distribute report and adjust according to feedback. • Review and provide insights and initial commentary on variance analysis on actual/budget/forecast. • Provide analysis on various other cost types as needed at corporate level. Job Requirements

Interested candidates for the Financial Planning Analysis Manager position should meet the following criteria: •Business or Finance degree •MBA a plus •Communicate effectively with all levels of management, especially C-level executives •Ability to "transfer data into graphics," i.e. create and present business pitches •Confident in Excel •Familiarity with Oracle/ Hyperion, TABELAU and VISIO, PowerPoint •International travel at most 1 X a year to HQ in Amsterdam
